Rob Says: Sidamo has always been one of the best coffee regions in the world and due to its size and variety in vegetation and climate, we are now dividing it into different pieces/regions. First there was the Guji split, and with this unbeatable quality coming from the West Arsi region lately, a region located in the densely shaded forest at the North East of the Bale mountain range, we decided to present this as a stand alone region as well.

This Riripa station is closeby the Dodola town which is 45 Km away from Shashemene town, known as a Rastafari town. Bob Marley visited the village in 1978 and, although he never moved to Ethiopia, he considered it to be his spiritual home.
