CENTRAL STEREO - FILTER BLEND - Roast Date 14 October 2020
This blend is inspired by the Stereo Blend invented by our friends of Heart Roaster Portland Oregon.
It is a mixture of two Central (or South) American coffees, either washed or natural.
The most common reason to blend beans is to cut costs while producing a palatable drink.
In our case, the whole idea is to melt two different coffees together for a wider taste with more complexity, an easier/more stable brew or at least being different from the flavor produced by the single origin coffee.
This Central Stereo version is roasted for filter and contains:
50% Honduras Marcala FINCA LAS LOMAS Natural
50% Guatemala Huehuetenango LA BENDICION
