After extensive research and development, in collaboration with Drink A Flower, we are proud to introduce our new Cascara Cola concentrate.

What is cascara?
Cascara—Spanish for “husk” or “skin”—is the dried fruit pulp and skin of the coffee cherry. While coffee beans are the seeds found inside the fruit, cascara is the nutrient-rich outer layer that remains after the beans are removed. Naturally high in antioxidants, cascara offers a unique flavour profile with fruity and tea-like characteristics.

Sourced from Rwanda, the cascara is carefully brewed by Drink A Flower into a concentrated tea base. Natural ingredients are then added to create a distinctive cola-style beverage with no artificial flavours. The finished concentrate is packed in convenient 3-litre vacuum-sealed bags, offering a shelf life of up to 12 months.

At Caffenation, we serve Cascara Cola by combining 30ml concentrate with sparkling water, poured over ice and finished with a fresh lemon garnish. The result is a refreshing, naturally energising beverage that delivers strong consumer appeal.
