Brazil IAN Single Origin Espresso - Roast Date 16 July 2019
What is it?
After the successful launch of our Seasonal Single Origin Kenya coffee for filter, we are incorporating the same philosophy for espresso. And which country is more loved by espresso drinkers than Brazil? You’ve got it!
How does it taste?
The taste profile is full bodied, low in acidity, plenty of chocolate notes and still fruity enough to satisfy our cravings for fruity coffees.
What’s inside the bag?
For the first Brazil IAN coffee we selected a lot called BOTA FORA. Producer Maria de Fátima Silva Marques da Fonseca owns the wonderful farm, which is located in the holy coffee town of Carmo de Minas. Processed as a Pulped Natural, so expect a clean cup with an authentic Brazilian touch. Think of it as one part Bossanova and one part Samba.
