Rob says: I’ve never purchased a coffee with a wilder flavor than this one. It falls under the category of fruit-macerated coffee, a subset of infused coffees. Initially, we were opposed to this style of processing, as it often resulted in strange flavors and came with a steep price tag. However, we eventually felt the time was right to roast one. This particular lot comes from the renowned Luz Helena and, to top it off, is decaffeinated.
