Rob says: We are delighted to announce that one of our all-time favorite coffees has returned to our selection for the 5th time in 9 years.

HACIENDA SONORA uses 100% renewable energy from a hydroelectric generator powered by flowing rivers. This energy supports operations at the wet and dry mills and supplies free electricity to everyone on the farm.

This year's lot, like last year's, features the Villa Sarchi variety. Originating from Sarchi village in Costa Rica, this coffee type is a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety.
