Rob says: Our relationship with the Kii Factory is one we truly treasure, and this marks the fifth lot we’ve sourced from this renowned coffee collective.

Nestled in Kirinyaga, the coffee farms are a blend of smallholders and block holders, ranging from small to medium-sized operations. Many farmers without their own processing facilities rely on local cooperatives, delivering their freshly harvested cherries to nearby wet mills.

What makes Kirinyaga’s coffee truly special is its natural setting. Most farms grow their coffee under the shade of Grevillea and Muringa Alloevella trees, which create ideal conditions for cultivating vibrant, high-quality beans.
