Rob says: Tucked away in the village (or kebele) of CHELCHELE, in the district (woreda) of Kochere, right in the heart of Yirgacheffe, you’ll find the Chelchele washing station—quite the tongue twister, but even better in the cup. Washed Chelchele coffees are known for their sweet backbone, think toffee and soft almond, lifted by bright floral notes and a splash of citrus.
