Rob says: There’s a first time for everything. Like two coffees from the same producer, one being a washed process and the other an Anaerobic natural. Separately available, and temporarily also in a duo-pack. If you want to discover the taste differences between washed and natural processing, this is your chance.

EL BUHO is part of Finca La Bolsa, owned by Jorge Vides. In 1958, Jorge bought a piece of land, surrounded by forests, in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. It was here that he founded his family’s very first coffee farm, Finca La Bolsa, planting it out with beautiful Bourbon and Caturra varieties protected by the warm, dry winds from the Tehuantepec plain. Ever since, the wonderful Vides family has been a force to be reckoned with in speciality Guatemalan coffee production. Milling, grading, bagging and preparing their own coffee for export, the family receives the entire FOB price for their product.
