The MILK MAN is a new blend, using two clean washed coffees, complemented by a portion of natural processed coffee to bring extra sweetness and complexity. While this is a versatile, all-purpose blend, its heart lies in creating exceptional espresso: the perfect base for dairy milk or plant-based drinks.

Our third Milk Man coffee is inspired by the drink that helped put specialty coffee on the map: the FLAT WHITE. While it’s often described simply as a stronger cappuccino, the reality is far more complex, with a rich and often debated history. At Caffenation, we prefer to keep things straightforward. We prepare our Flat White with a concentrated double espresso shot (34g yield) and serve it with nicely textured milk (60 C°) in a 190–200ml ceramic cup, creating a balanced and comforting coffee with a smooth, velvety texture.
