Rob says: This coffee marks our third release under the Direct Trade program with Azahar, which began in 2025 with a specialty washed decaf, followed by an on-demand processed natural lot from Rafael Aya. While those earlier coffees were sourced from Colombia, this particular lot comes from Mexico and is produced by the ATITLAN community.

Azahar was founded on the belief that coffee can improve the livelihoods of the people who produce it.
