Rob says: Here’s yet another Pink Bourbon coffee for you! While previous Pink Bourbon batches were released under our Rare Coffee Series, the frequent arrival of new lots means we can no longer quite consider it ‘rare.’

ALIRIO MUNOZ and his wife Anayibe Ortiz come from a lineage of coffee producers. Together with their three children, they now manage three farms with great care and dedication.

One of the reasons this coffee boasts such a rich flavor is the meticulous processing method. The pulped cherries are left to ferment in plastic containers for two to three days before being fully washed and then dried for another 20 days.
