Rob Says: Hey there! Caffenation's changed the bags and it's called NoCaf MO from now on. TUMBAGA is still stealing the show as this go-to decaf is in it's 6th year now. We can't imagine a life without our Colombian Sugar Cane decaf.

So, what's the deal with this sugarcane decaf magic? They're using ethyl acetate (EA) from molasses to naturally decaffeinate the coffee. It's a simple process – wet the beans, circulate the EA to grab the caffeine, and steam it all away. The result? Decaf beans with most of the flavor intact.

But here's the scoop: the decaffeinated beans might look a tad darker on the outside. Don't worry, it's not because they're roasting them longer. It's just that these beans are a bit more porous. Cool, right?
