    Our signature Espresso blend gets a seasonal refresh with new lots from Ethiopia Sidamo, both washed and natural and Colombia Tolima. These additions bring extra clarity and sweetness, enhancing the blend’s balanced character.

    The result: a cup that maintains its creamy mouthfeel while introducing a gentle layer of fruitiness. The Colombia beans add a clean, low-acidity base; the Ethiopian components lifts the profile with soft sweet notes; and the Brazilian Natural anchors it all with chocolate tones and body.

    A defining feature of Roast ED is its mix of washed and unwashed beans—a dual processing approach that deepens flavor and builds resilience. Whether extracted to perfection or under everyday conditions, this blend consistently delivers a rich, satisfying espresso (or filter) experience.
