This 'Dia de los Muertos' blend features two Grade 2 Ethiopian coffees that bring the magic: one from Yirgacheffe, the other from Jimma.

• The YIRGACHEFFE GR2 lot, purchased earlier this summer, is technically classified as conventional, but it delivers all the hallmark flavors of a Specialty Coffee from this iconic region — a remarkably clean cup with delicate floral and tea-like notes.

• The NANO CHALLA from Jimma is a beloved returning classic at Caffenation. It shines both with and without milk, offering vibrant fruity notes balanced by a creamy mouthfeel.

Both coffee are Grade 2 lots. Although Grade 2 coffees may be slightly less pristine than Grade 1, they often come with added depth, character, and body — qualities that make them particularly well-suited for espresso.
